In many people’s lives, we are just a small piece of a larger puzzle. Yet, for some, we can mean everything.
Rationally, it makes sense to focus our time and energy on those who value our presence—those who truly cherish us. This might include parents, close relatives, or friends. The emphasis should not be on who we cherish most, but on who cherishes us most. We must learn to value those who value us.
But how does this connection begin? What makes someone care about us? Human connection doesn’t start with a choice—it starts with awareness. It begins when someone truly sees what’s in front of them and decides to embrace it.
Those who genuinely admire and cherish others are often cherished in return. Their ability to do so is what makes them special.
Let’s not force connections or expect recognition. Instead, let's recognize those who already see us as special. Let’s cherish them with all the love we have.
